I emailed you on Fri, Jan 10, 2014 at 7:30 PM requesting cancellation of my Rubybox subscription. I would love to continue using Rubybox but the quality of the goods that you send has declined. It used to be lovely hair products and perfumes and such. Now i get olive oil stuff and shower gel that i've got 3 of already. Please refund my money right away if convenient. When i see the quality improve in future, i will reconsider. I do not appreciate you deducting my from my account despite my request 20 days prior.
