Money deducted after subscription cancelled

I decided I wasn't going to waste my time writing another complaint regarding the missing items from my previous box, however, I was quite surprised when I looked at my credit card statement for the previous month. I noticed a Rubybox deduction. I had cancelled the subscription in March already and money was refunded, but now I see that the subscription is active again? It is my assumption that once you click the cancel button on the website and they send you a confirmation email, that it is done and sorted. Or do I have to actually click cancel every month?
I am quite confused. Can Rubybox please clarify in writing what the procedure is.
Also, I would like a refund by Friday 17 May.
