Pathetic service from Rubybox

I am having to resort to Hellopeter after receiving no response for nearly two months from Rubybox.

I have been sending e-mails and trying to contact Rubybox offices since early December without responses or success.

I ordered and paid for two Collection boxes on 25 November 2012 (which were Christmas presents). After numerous attempts in trying to ascertain when delivery can be expected or even a tracking number to follow up on, I herewith wish to cancel this order, please immediately refund the amount of R700 into my account. I also wish to cancel my monthly Rubybox, I have become extremely dissapointed in Rubyboxes lack of concern for their clients. It was such a pleasure to receive the Glamboxes, I never experienced any problems with them, wish I could say the same for Rubybox.

These were supposed to be Christmas presents, very upset that you could not let me know what is going on with my order. Please cancel immediately and refund.
