I have been a happy subscriber to Rubybox since last year and all of a sudden my Rubybox for October did not arrive. I emailed to ask if there had been a delay and did not receive a response. I then emailed again a few days later and still no response. I eventually logged on to the website and into my account and saw that for no apparent reason my subscription has been cancelled. In the meantime I had sent and paid for an order and asked for it to be delivered with my next Rubybox. Little did I know one was not coming because my subscription had lapsed without notification. I then sent another email asking why my subscription had been cancelled and how I would get my order / for them to cancel the order and refund me as I was not receiving another Rubybox. No response to that email either. Today I called and was told that my subscription probably ended because my credit card had expired (not the case) and that my order was delayed because they were out of stock on the SCENTsation box. All of this with no notification. No notification that my subscription was cancelled and none that my order was delayed. Come on Rubies! This is very disappointing.
