Rubybox
Still no November Rubybox!

Lately I have had nothing but smiles with my Rubybox, that is until November! It is now the 19th of November and I still have no sign of my Rubybox! I called you guys 2 times already, spoke to a guy by the name of Christopher. He told me that my debit order went through fine and there was a mess up with the delivery because I opted in for the Garnier box.
Because I opted in, my name was not put on the schedule for delivery. How is that my fault? So he told me that I should of received it by now already. Still nothing Rubybox and the excitement has already come and gone for this box.By the time I get my November Rubybox, you would need to send me the December box.
When am I going to get my box?
