I called the call centre with a query on my account. The consultant placed me on hold for 25 minutes and then the line dropped. I called back, explained the situation again, to another consultant who clearly had no idea what I was asking. After 8 minutes I finally managed to be transferred to the Accounts department. I was on hold for a further 10 minutes before the line dropeed again. This is not the first time this has happened. I still have no answer to my query and would like for someone from the Accounts department to contact me on my cellphone so that the query can be resolved.
