Online contact form, don't bother, clients ignored

I submitted a query a few days ago using the DSTV Box Office online submisson form regarding my box office account being suspended. Absolutely no response from DSTV whatsoever and account still suspended. WHAT IS THE POINT OF AN ONLINE QUERY PLATFORM IF CLIENTS ARE IGNORED??? To sort this out I am now being forced to phone Multichoice's call centre. Anyone experienced the "joy" of their call centre. I was kept on hold, after going through all the prompts during my last 3 calls to them for 48, 34 and 22 minutes respectively. AND after holding for 34 minutes on the second call I informed the consultant that my query was regarding my box office account. He promptly told me that he would need to transfer me!!!..and then the call died. I had to dial in again and waited another 22 minutes before finally getting through to the box office team, so almost an hour... Hence the reason I used the online query form as I do not have the energy or patience to call the call centre again. I wonder how much of our money they save on staff salaries and therefore making clients hold for soooo long as they must be very unstaffed!!! AND I also have an account query... holding thumbs they respond...
