On Hold for 30 minutes and no help

I have been on the phone with Discovery for half an hour on hold waiting for somebody to assist me. When i get to the third consultant and have to explain my request for the third time, she insists on putting me on hold to transfer me to some other person. Also i cannot speak to a manager /supervisor at all as there is no manager available. never before have i had such shocking treatment from Discovery i am disgusted. All i need is a details statement of a query and for some person just one person to take ownership, in the full sense of the work and resolve the stupid query which is causing me endless hours of grief.
