I contacted Mtn service provider to submit a query regarding a lost or sim card, as a result I held on the line for 16 minutes before my call was answered, then I was transferred from one department to the next department and finally my query was booked after asking to speak to a supervisor or manager, I was put on hold again for 3min 30 second before an agent answered then I was put on hold again for 1 min 30 second before a supervisor spoke to me and in total my call was 38 min long to solve 1 query
This is unacceptable.
