I CALLED INTO DISCOVERY TO QUERY A CLAIM THAT I NEVER SUBMITTED. AFTER HOLDING ON FOR KNOWS HOW LONG, A CONSULTANT PICKS UP AND THEN TELLS ME SHE HAS SYSTEM ISSUES AND CANNOT HELP WITH MY QUERY BUT WILL PUT ME THROUGH TO A COLLEAGUE. INSTEAD OF DOING SOMY CALL GETS TRANSFERRED BACK TO THE MAIN MENU WHERE I HAVE START FROM THE BEGINNING AND HOLD ON FOR ANOTHER 10 MINUTES. I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW A COMPANY LIKE DISCOVERY CAN HAVE SUCH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HELD ON THE LINE FOR A CONSIDERABLE AMOUNT OF TIME, MONEY AND TIME WASTED, AND NEVER EVEN GOT THE HELP I NEEDED. I AM ANNOYED AND DISGUSTED AT THE WAY DISCOVERY TREATS THEIR LOYAL CLIENTS. I DEMAND THAT ACTION BE TAKEN REGARDING THIS MATTER AND MY QUERY CLEARED.
