My daughter went to give birth at this institution and the medical covered her and I thought since it was my grand child she will also be covered. AFTER SOMETIME I got a letter from REVCO saying my name will be blacklisted and they did that. I paid this account last year but my name is still on ITC making it difficult for me. So Lifehealth and REVCO must come together and remove my name from the list as the money is paid already. Why must they do that to me.
