I called the call cenrtre for a query I have and was on hold waiting to speak to a consultant for over 10 minutes. I pay over 600 rand a month to them and this is acceptable service? I put the phone down due to frustration and my query is still unresolved. Well whichever cell phone network service provider you are using for your call centre must be extremely happy with you! Thanks for wasting some of my air time for absolutely nothing!
