On Monday May 13, 2013 I noticed someone had accessed my account and had managed to withdraw R10, 000 out of my cheque account over the ATM and this was done in denominations of R200's, how that sick person did that I have no idea as I had my bank card with me. I called department and was on hold for hours waiting on a consultant to pick my call. eventually after being transferred from one consultant to the other they loaded my query and advised that a consultant will call me within 2-3 days. It's been over 7 days now since I reported this and yet no-one from Standard Bank has called me. I have tried to contact the Standard Bank department for the seventh time in 3 days and once again I have been on hold for more than 20mins waiting for someone to do their job while I listen to their pathetic song.

Seriously this is so frustrating, I am running out of patience and I am starting to get off. I have been defrauded out of money I worked hard for and yet Standard bank does not give a but rather care about their business of making money out of you. If Standard Bank could contact me to resolve this matter that would be great or I will have to take it further.
