EMPTY PROMISES FOR OUR REFUND

On February we took our Baby for immunisation at Clicks Sun ridge and when we get there they tolled us that the Medical card doesn't have money, meaning i have to pay cash.i did pay an Amount of R1400 cash because i wanted my son to do the immunisation and the Nurse that was assisting she advised me that if thrs money on your medical aid card you will claim back your money back. My husband was verry confused because he received a letter advising that the medical aid has deposited 10 000 .he called the call centre and he was given a form to fill all his details for us to be refunded, he did fillup the forms around February and we also attached all the slips that they requested and his copy of id and he gave it to me and i faxed at work. Around march he called to find out about our refund and he was told that they havent recieve anything and they gave him another fax and he faxed and nothing was refunded again i contacted the call centre on the 9.04.2013 and i was advised to email the documents to [Email Removed] and they told me that i will get our money within 7 days or less!!! Even today im still waiting for our money and we had planes for that money
