Liberty Medical Scheme yet AGAIN

We are on Liberty Medical Scheme (Platinum Complete Plan). Certain doctors, we as member has to pay and then claim back from the medical aid. We have 4 claims at Liberty Life Medical Scheme, The amount adds up to - R1600 already at this point in time. We get a sms notifications that they received our claims, then another sms notifications that we will be paid on approximately certain date. When we phone the, 2 days after the money should be in our account (because we're at a different Bank, and it takes time to show), the call center says it will show the next day. A week after that the money still doesn't show, then the call center say the money is not released yet. This is the THIRD time we battle to get our money from them. It's been more than 3 months the previous times that we got promises (that were actually) that our money will be paid in. I have reference numbers for every call made, and all the "promise"sms'es from them. Today I phoned yet again, just to hear they don't have my banking account details - but they refunded me before, and take money from this account every single month.
