Pathetic Service!!! (Follow Up Story)

I am still awaiting my medical aid card with a welcome pack! then I have discovered that at the point of sale the sales agent did not disclose that I will only be able to use the medical aid at Network Hospitals &Doctors, I found that out for myself. I have requested for them to cancel my medical aid, as I am not able to actually use it, then I was told by an agent that I will not get my money back which I paid for the 3months, which amounts to R5004... I am so FED-UP with FED HEALTH they are the most pathetic medical aid scheme & with the most disgusting customer service... I am willing to take this further if they refuse to cancel & not refund my money.
Ferosa spoke to after my last report on Hello Peter, with all her empty promises, she says for me to get my money back she needs to write a letter of motivation, which is os unfair, as i have never ever used the scheme, due to every time I went to the doctor I paid cash, as the doctor that I use is not one of the network doctors - Now I am told I will not get my money and I cannot CANCEL!!!
