NETCARE IS FULL OF LIARS

On thursday i was called by a lady by the name of Leticia regarding my refund she did confirm that my money will be deposited im my account on the 30.04.2013 tuesday.and even now i ddnt recieve any and today i contacted the call centre to find out what happening and they are teling me that the money was deposited to my account on the 26.04.2013 and it was not done.!!! and even i advised them to send me a proof they say thrs no proof and i dnt knw what to do cause ths one tells u this and the other one tells you this this is bad if they think they can go away wth my money just lyk that i dont think so im taking this matter to my lawers/speakout
