Dishonesty and lying to customers

I called bankmed to find out if i can include my grandmother in my medical scheme and they said YES, they gave me quotes and everything and i was told i need to fill a form and submit. I went back to my family to confirm that my granny will be in my medical aid. After a few day i called to get form because i had requested for her id and all relevant documents... then they tell me she cant be in my medical aid... the team leader listened to the call and the do acknowledge giving me the info but i was told there is nothing they can do on their side... talk about DISHONESTLY and LYING to customers... BANKMED is the "MARIKANA" of medical schemes, they reap people off to make money because of greed. They are not there to help people but to reap us off. They are just happy to debit your salary for their greedy pockets. All lot of my co-workers have been complaining about Bankmed and i have and will always tell everyone that this is a medical scheme founded not to help majority bank employees but to make easy money out of us... The world should know that Bankmed is BANKREAP US APART MED...
