Irritating service

To Whom it may concern

I went to get my sick kids medication today and I was advised that my medical aid has been suspended due to non-payment received last month.

Please see attached statement with the debit order going out of our account on the 25 October, this is very frustrating that you decide to suspend our medical aid without any communication. Only when we try to use it then we advised we can't. what kind of service are you giving to your clients? So it means if we were in an accident we were going to find out then that we are not covered? This makes me so sick of this medical aid.

Can someone fixed this ASAP and refund my money. I have attached all the documents you need for my refund.
