Once again nobody can tell me why I was not debited and why my account was handed over to collection. I 15 june 2013 my account was debited with R194, when my account was on current, I asked why I was debited nobody could explain. I asked for my money to be refunded to me which was done by their stupid billing department also reduced my installment which means double credit for me. Instate of calling me and letting me know that my next installment was going to be R582 because they made a mistake instated they handed over my account to their lawyers like I missed a payment. now last month debit order hasn't run n if tomorrow morning they haven't debited me I am going to make a manual payment and if they debit my account they must pay for bank charges because I would have withdrew their money and made a manual payment.what's funny is Telkom mobile doesn't know who is going to debit and their lawyers also don't so I guess this is how the company is run with people who don't know whats happening. I regret the day I ever joined the company and I will make sure anyone I know, I will discourage and let them know of all my headaches of joining Telkom mobile
