My sim card has been blocked by Telkom Mobile after they sent me an sms stating my account will be debited with a certain amount and they then debited a lesser amount.

when I call the call centre they say they cant open my line unless I make a manual payment of the difference.

FOR ONE: I AM NOT AT FAULT HERE. they debited me incorrectly and now expect me to do a manual payment.

I HAVE A DEBIT ORDER FOR A REASON!!! I HAVE A JOB AND DO NOT HAVE THE TIME TO GO TO A BANK!

Secondly, their call centre consultants are a bunch of!

how can you say you see the error but don't know why or how that happened and the only way is for me to go to the bank?

I think this is the third post I write about Telkom Mobile. Actually, the only reason I have hello Peter is for Telkom!

Pathetic if you ask me!
