Hello Peter,

i called vodacom on the 11/12 and was to do a manual payment for the amount required to re-activate my services, i then did the payment on the 13/12 with help of the vodacom service consultant. He then saw the payment and re-connected the service. payment was made from STD to STD therefore reflecting immediately. i then checked my bank account today 17/12 and i see that vodacom had debited my account for R2076.74 i called to enquire about this and the gentlemen told me that it was my fault and i will have to wait 14 business days for the funds to be refunded, i told him i would not do it out of the blue the consultant on the 11/12 told me to do a manual payment for reactivation, if i knew or was advised that my account wa going to be debited i would not have made the manual payment as asked to do by vodacom, i find this extremly frustration and the customer service is pathetic, i held on the line for 10min to speak to someone in the accounts dept and had no satisfaction, i then cut the call and tried the customer care line again and with no luck either. please can you help me with this matter. I would like them to refund my money within 24hours as i was not wrong
