Krugersdorp Private Hospital does not care!!!

My mother have been diagnosed with long cancer and have been admitted for more that 3 weeks. The doctors have changed her medicine. Now she is laying in a normal ward and the sister totally do not care about her. She is laying in the Chancliff ward. We have had previous problems with this ward where the sister do not care about the patients. Me and my sister have asked them have they fed her. Now the have but in the times that we go and visit we have to feed her, we have to change her and when you ask if the doctor was there the sisters comes with a story. She is in a semi coma and still the doctors and the sister does not worry - she can die and they will not care about it because they sit behind the desk as the sister station. The sister is to happy to let her not eat to let her just laying there with dirty night clothes and bedding. Last night we have asked the sister to talk to the doctor to find out what is going on and why she is in this state. Tonight we asked again after again sitting there and feeding my mom for more that an hour. Really what is the private hospital for???
