Useless protocol, always have a lot of cash aside

WOW! It seems like every year I have to cough up extra above the R5000 that is paid monthly.
3 months into the year and it has already happened twice!
1. The medical aid has refused to pay for braces, claiming that it was not a severe medical condition.
2. Claims that should fall into the PMB benefits were charged from Day-to-day benefits, in spite of the fact that the condition was authorised last year, now a familiy of 4 is out R1800 from their their day-to-day benefits.
3. In 2006 and 2010 I had to pay an extra R4000 for each of the hopistitalisations that were approved by them, at a hospital that charges bonitas rates!
