DAYLIGHT FROM BONITAS

I went to a Gynae for an antenatal consultation as I'm pregnant. As per the doctors tarrifs I'm supposed to pay R900 cash & claim it back from the medical aid. What I don't understand is why they have to pay out from my day-to-day benefits as the brochure CLEARLY states that I have 6 antenatal consultations. This is daylight & now as a result my day-to-day benefits have been depleted & I got a measly R269 from the R900 I paid. I'm very dissapointed in the level of service I'm getting from Bonitas. I'm considering changing medical aids. Nobody even bothers to explain why I got such a low amount.
