Sick of bonitas, no pun intended!

I am really tired of Bonitas!
Every year we have to part with R4000.00 due to their incompetence, but that's a complaint I've already made on this site.
What really annoys me are the basics:
1. The take forever to reply to your queries, I submitted a query on 04/04 about why flu vaccine was charged from OTC (day-to-day benefits) and not deducted from the allocated 1 shot per beneficiary p.a.
2. PMB benefits are being charged from day-to-day benefits, when the SA law states that it should not be so. I raised this on hellopeter and a consultant called me on 27/03, I have yet to receive feedback from that consultant.
3. We have not yet received a response for acne medication to be put on chronic, a benefit we are entitled to on the Standard Option!
Honestly speaking, bonitas is being run like a spaza shop, and they are capitalising on the fact that government employees can't change schemes without forfeiting their subsidy, you either tollerate bonitas or take chances with GEMS.
