Monthly debt order over charged for no reason!

Discovery, I am beyond disappointed! I have spent the last two months trying to verify my income, phone calls, emails etc to prove that I am in the lowest tax bracket. Finally got it sorted, got email confirmation stating that yes I am in the the lowest tax bracket and my monthly payments are R 1276. Last night you debited my account with R 4044!! I went to your walk-in centre in Centurion (because no one can help me over the phone!) and alas still no one at the walk-in centre can give me a straight answer or reason why you have taken my money. After an hour I was told the money would be returned into my account and I would get a call confirming when it will be done. And... now I wait! Still no reply, no explanation and -R4044 in my bank account!!! Now I stand at risk of being placed in the high risk category at my bank because my account has gone into overdraft. This is unacceptable and I'm sure illegal!!!
