Benefits of bonitas isnt fai

I am with bonitas for quite some time now and have complained about this for as far as i can remember... and they just refusing to assist the ladies that have bonitas... they have gynecologists on day to day... and instead of moving it to its own benefit they put it under day to day... this is the first year that i actually lasted so long and have had benefits till november... usually it is depleted by march or so then i have to pay for the rest of the year... but boy do i regret it... I usually go for a papsmear every year... and this year i decided that enough is enough i am not going to a gynecologist as i would like to pay for. Medical aid that i can actually benefit... but actually created more of a problem than anything else... as the doctor has found abnormal cells and now has to operate... the sad part is that i am sitting with a bill of R2300 - still awaiting the rest of the bill as my medical aid is once again depleted as the gynecologist amount came out of my day to day... it is really not fair and just uncalled for to sit with a bill and pay a medical... pure ridiculous... getting so sick of bonitas... pathetic service
