Suspension and Termination of Medical Scheme Aid

Without any monthly outstanding and with several e-mails to BONITAS, mentioned company feel it right and fit to cancelled our medical aid without notify us beforehand.

With Bonitas Ref.nr.230813Q80M1S and Medescheme letter dated 26 July 2013 :Our Membership nr.27703619166 we as members are still waiting on Bonitas to notify us what months we did not pay because according the bank statements in Bonitas possesion, we are fully paid.

The member is a Diabetes Hypertension on the danger Zone and needs medicine or hospital treatment any time.
Bonitas stop all benefits with no reason and the risk is on BONITAS if anything happen to the Member.

There is also no "Day-to-Day" medicine because Bonitas used that money for chronic payments without letting the Member know of it.

Help Bonitas Administration please and cancel the suspension.
