ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED

I was submitted into Crompton Hospital and it went all down hill from there, bad attitudes from nursing laughing at Me and my spouse when we asked whats happening with regards to my health, to the complaints department not even helping us lay a complaint and then never even dealt with the complaint against the nursing staff who laughed. Dr Cassim who doesnt deserve to be called a doctor to me about my scope results (which showed clearly what was wrong with me) and sent me for further testing which now my med aid are refusing to pay for (after i was delayed with these processes cause the hospital need authorization-then i got told by Lake and Smit they dont need authorisation and just did the procedures) and now im stuck with this high hospital bill which i refuse to pay. she didnt even start me on treatment to help sort the problem out just totally dismissed the issue. i eventually walked out the hospital with a forced discharge and got my result from my own doctor. I have tried dealing with issue with the medical board and just get sent on a run around like everyone is covering for each other. i am absolutely disgusted in the medical advisors of today in south africa
