Bonitas medical not terminating my memship

I have cancelled my Bonitas medical aid in 2006. After the submission the deductions were stopped. In 2010 I had someone doing my tax submission for me, and they notified me that Bonitas was still deducting from my income, and i got alerted. I then submitted the second membership termination letter in 2010, bonotas then stopped their deductions.

From 2006 when I terminated the membership, I joined my husbands medical aid witch is SasolMed and I have been a member of their medical aid ever since. I have used SasolMed and claimed from them since I stopped being a member of Bonitas medical aid.

I have never asked to be reinstated back to Bonitas they just decided tore instate without my consent, I also have not claimed or used Bonitas medical aid ever since I stopped being a member.
I have request Bonitas to reimburse me for the money have debited from me from 2006 after I resigned from their medical aid, but they refused.. I've asked Bonitas to give me a letter stating the reasons why they won't pay me so i can take further action but i still don't any joy from them.

I have sent Aloma Quacker e-mails but she doesn't respond to them.
