I am appalled at how such a large company as Bonitas is unable in my opinion to employ or train competent staff. I submitted a claim that I had already paid for at the end of January 2013 and received an sms that this claim amount would be refunded to me. I waited but received no refund. I resubmitted the claim on 8 February 2013 and waited but no feedback. I have continuously called the call centre and each agent that answers has guaranteed me that the money will be refunded but it has not occurred to date. They say that the people at accounts are basically confused as they believed that the refund needed to go to the document even though I jave submitted proof of payment with the claim. I have waited so much of my money on airtime and my time being on the phone with the call cell agents. I am really getting tired of delaing with Bonitas and would not recommend them to anyone due to the vast number of problems I have had with and still having with them.
