Bonitas do not pay valid claim

My gripe: Bonitas do not pay a valid claim and their staff at their contact centre is incompetent.

Background: In March this year I was referred by an orthopaedic surgeon to a biokineticist for treatment on my back. They advised that I need to pay them in cash and then claim from Bonitas medical aid - I have unsuccessfully via telephone conversations and e-mails tried to claim the money owing to me and can quote numerous reference numbers to indicate how ridiculous this stream of unproductive and inefficient communication with them is.

Seven reference numbers for the same claim - wow! On 30 July I sent them all information again on this claim to every e-mail address at the Bonitas organization known to me with a specific request to acknowledge receipt of my e-mail and referring to an hour-long telephone conversation I had with one Ntombi Kayifen at their call centre. To date, I have received no acknowledgment of receipt, and was instead mailed by them on 6 August under their reference MI258316938 to complete a survey as to how satisfied I am with them closing query 190713Q24GJK. How laughable can you be Bonitas?
