On 29 November 2012 treatment was administered by Dr Coopan. The consult was paid for in cash. A claim was submitted to Bonitas for the consult. and was processed. The monthly statement reflected that the HCP was paid however when this was checked with the HCP this was not the case. Bonitas was contacted and the feedback received was that I would be refunded the consult amount within 5 working days. This has not been the case.
