Don't expect a refund nor feedback

I have already submitted 2 complaints on this site and still Bonitas doesn't bother to come back nor do a refund although I am covered
I still have my claim from 26/4/2013 that is still not refunded by these underdogs. I have lodge a complain on the 9/9/2013 on hellopeter but still no one comes back. I have followed this up on a few occasions but not Monde nor Cindy comes back. Monde promised me 6 weeks ago feedback but nothing happened. Every time I sent an email i get an office reply
