Bonitas
Claim still not paid

The claim previously reported is still not paid. This a claim for a C-Section for thr bith of my daughter last year, this should have been paid in full as it is a PMB condition. Bonitas is failing to pay still. Again, someone needs to call me from Bonitas to fix this issue. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had and quite frankly I doubt I would recomend anyone to take a bonitas medical aid.
