I submitted a medical aid claim on 18 April 2013 for re-imbursement. Weeks later and I heard nothing from Bonitas - Not one of the Bonitas agents contacted me to explain the reasons for the hold-up. On 2 May I contacted Bonitas to find out why my claim was taking so long to be processed and I was well informed my Mr Sebele as to how I should re-submit the claim. I followed his instructions and within a matter of days my claim was processed and the matter resolved. Thanks to such great work from one individual who has boosted my faith in Bonitas.
