Authorisation for Child Operation

My son Delron Danesh Naboe was refered to a specialist due to having a Lipoma above his righ eye brow and as per the specilist this lum should be removed and i said yes and discovery was contacted and advised of this and i was refered to go to another doctor at Glenwood Hospital, when i queried where the operation was going to be done thye said in the rooms and i said no, then i said i would go bakc to dr Mohammed to do the operation and dr said yes he would do it, i called the medical aid got the authorisation number for the operation and a day before the operation i got a call from the doctors office saying that thhe medical aid does not want ot autorise the operation and i called Discovery and was advosed by a lady from the autorisation department that the operation can only be done in the doctors office under general anestetic, i then said for a 7 year old to be under general anestetic no, how can you put a 7 year old under general anestetic for an operation, discovery needs to answer why this can be authorised to be done in doctors rooms but theatre operation was not approved, i need answers.
