Dont Deliver on refunds

I paid for medical treatment and submitted my claim to Bonitas and they sent me an email with refund payment advise that would be deposited into my account on 18 April 2013 but to date I have not received my money. I am really just tired of dealing with Bonitas. Its pointless calling the call centre as I will be wasting my time and money speaking to their staff that usually are unable to help or give me a story and the next time a call it will be a different story.
