JUST NOT BOTHERED

Checked in on the 25 Dec 2012 . however on the 26th the whole building was without water from around 10am. We were led to beleive that the problem would be sorted out in a hours time. But little did we know it was going to be the whole day till 7pm. What made it worst was the fact that i was on one of the top floors so the backup tanks could not pump up to the top floors . so yes no bathing and not toilet for the entire day and since i was in town for a wedding, we were unable to bath and hence did not attend the function. I was in contact with Vanessa who sympathised with me but assured me that this would reach management and head office. Well lts see now its been 2months now and i have been back to your hotel two more times, spoken to Vanessa who was shocked that i did not have any reply and once again assured me it will reach management. Im still waiting SOUTHERN SUN . On my checkin on the 15/02/13 i was shocked to see my 3yr old eating something from under the bed. On investigating it showed that the room was not cleaned properly. Had to call front desk to have room cleaned and to change dirty bedding. Im really disappointed with southern sun service.
