VERY BAD ATTITUDE

I am shocked and digusted by the bad attitude my family and i recived by management at the blue marlin hotel this weekend, They need to learn about the world hospitality. We arrived there 45 minutes before checkin time and they did not let me change my 10 month baby in the room, who required attention urgently.
They told me i will have to wait, or use the toilet, when my baby needed to be washed and cleaned.
They also speak very rudely in the presence of other guests.

When i booked, reservations told me they would give a complimentary drink (for my recent birthday), but when i left i was charged for that as management told me they were not aware of this arrangement, and i had to pay for that, yet again i was not spoken to nicely to in the presence of other guests checking out.

The kitchen is also completely unaccomodating as compared to my last stay there.
I was also told that i should book at other hotels when i expressed my concerns to management!!

This place is under new management for 2 months now and and had definately taken 10 steps backs, i wonder how many more steps back they would take with time!
