Worst service ever!!

Eing a frequent guest director and spending the last 4 years easter and december holidays at elangeni you always expect value for money, on a recent trip to southern sun elangeni having booked 3 room between 28-12-12 till the 06-01-13 for myself and family, i experienced the worst service ever from moosa at the front desk rude and arrogant is a understatement!! rooms were not cleaned properly, not vacuumed properly, had to call for clean towel regularly toilet roll not replaced when finished . the lifts took forever!!! corridors were filthy and the overall condition of the hotel has drop tremendously since my last visit. staying in the executive suite for 10 nights is not cheap but for the 3 star service you get its a total waste. guess im going to have to look for a different holiday destination this easter and decembe
