Oach in room and then bad service

Hi there

Last night a roach the size of a small mouse spent the night with me in my room!

I went to the front desk and asked the lovely lady to follow up. She did as on my return a letter was waiting for mee to contact the Duty Manager Mark... he promised to send someone up to provide me with a new room key and to assist in moving... 30 mins later still waiting... looking at the broken biscuit which was left on the pillow by house keeping... to top it off when I got to the room last night the washing basin was not cleaned (since the previous guest) ten more mins and I am leaving...
