NO SERVICE DIRTY HOTEL

Booked into a room the room TV doesn't have a plug on old soap in the bathroom with no wrappers moved to a new room no help to carry lugage upstairs to the new room. The new room shower is broken no toilet paper in the room. Asked for change for the vending machine and no help until I threaten them then all of a sudden there is change. The hotel front area IS Filthy windows dirty front gate broken no security during the night. Got a complimentory breakfast of old stail bread had to ask for evrything with a face that shows that she doens't want to help. Ask the receptionist for the head office telephone number looks in his diary doesnt want to give it to me after a while he gets it on his pc when I said nobody is answering all of a sudden he can show it in his diary. The head office consists of an answering machine and nobody retirns your call. If I paid by credit card I would have definately stopped this transaction but unfortunately I paid Cash R400 per night for this service I am appauled by this company and tsogo sun is their head office.
