Being left waiting outside for 20 min

We booked a three-night stay at this "guest house". When we arrived on the agreed day and time, nobody answered the doorbell to let us into the property. We stood outside on the road (after a six-hour drive) for more than 20 minutes calling both the landline number as well as the cell phone number given on the sign outside the property, but did not get hold of anybody. Once somebody finally arrived and I explained our wait, I was told with an extremely unhospitable and arrogant attitude that if I had any co plaints, I would be free to levae but that our deposit would be retained in any case!

What's more, none of the foregoing communication specified that there would be no card facilities available for settling the outstanding amount. We were told in a very rude manner to drive through town to withdraw cash right away as the owner would not br able to wait for it at all.

All in all, this "guesthouse" does not even belong into the category "hospitality" due to the extreme impoliteness and arrogance of the owner.
