Cabanas Rooms terrible

We booked 5 rooms at the Cabanas at Sun City, and we all were very disappointed in the quality of the rooms.
On arrival at 14.00 room still not cleaned from last guests.
One couple was given keys to a room that still had guests in the room
Air- in one room not working
All showers leaked when taking a shower and flooding bathroom floor
Toilet did not flush properly in the room
2800 rand per night to sleep in a very small uninviting room (family Room)
Family room is the same size as a couples room???
One of the rooms the TV did not work or the remote one of the two.
We were totally surprised how all the rooms had similar problems with water draining from baths and toilets in all our rooms

Rooms are in serious need of some type of upgrade for that price especially the toilets and bath area
I hate complaining but all five couples complained at the quality. Will not book at the Cabanas again, no parking available near hotel
Breakfast was very basic and not really what you would expect from a Hotel
Valley of the waves, kids pool dirty
The lazy tube rides, the water smelt like sewerage and a lot of customers were complaining of the smell
