My Mother, Edna Girvin has phoned discovery numerous times requesting to take out a Hospital Plan with Discovery. She was told that a adviser has been allocated to her and will dually phone her. The adviser did contact my mother but only to tell her that she does not do the area in which my mother stays. She said that she will get the relevant adviser to phone her.

She then never heard from anyone she dually phone a second time and a third time. She is still waiting. This has been going on for more than 3 weeks.

I found this unbelievable that an institution with a supposedly good reputation has such bad customer service. I find it disgusting.

I am not holding my breath that this will expedite anything.
