My claim has taken 2 weeks and still no response

I have dealt with 1 single claim for over a month. As a 1st time Discovery Health member I AM DISGUSTED.
- Sent through the claim a month or so ago. Claim was missing important info which an assistant helped me completing.
- Sent through amended claim with correct info and received automated message & didn't hear from Discovery for a week. Called them daily only to find out the the claim hadn't even been looked & I was missing one date.
- Added the date & sent through the claim. I didn't hear from Discovery for another week. I called an operator only to tell me that the claim hadn't been looked at ONCE AGAIN & all my details were correct.
- Both the operator and I resent the claim. I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM DISCOVERY!
- Finally on Friday I was fed up. It took me 40mins to get through to a specialist claims adviser who told me because its Fri they won't process it so he will call me FIRST THING MONDAY.
-No call today from Discovery. Another call to discovery (30mins) only to be told I can't be put through to my adviser so they will email him.
THIS IS RIDICULOUS. I'm 24 & paying R1600 for Medical Aid & am awaiting R1080 claim. I will cancel my membership on Friday unless sorted
