Cant book online. Unhelpful staff. Website mislead

I've been trying to book for the Otter trails this past week. The SANpark website has an 'Book online" section. But I was told you can't book online. THen I call the call the head office, who tells me to book online. You check availability, but you can only check for 2014. (but its fully booked for a year ahead).

This is the most unused friendly site I have ever used. I still don't have a booking, and no idea how to get one.
I also have no idea why you can't be put on a waiting list incase people cancel. Instead they say you have to check in every wednesday to see if there are any cancelations.
