Exclusive Books
Is exclusive books now only an online retailer?

My daughter is going in to hospital to have her tonsils removed in 2 weeks so I was looking for a book to explain to her what happens in hospitals (like I did when she went to school for the first time and to the dentist) and all those things were planned long enough in advance that I managed to find a book before the time but now I have to get one quite quickly so I looked online on the Exclusive books website, found a book and phoned the call centre to see which branch had stock and was told that it's only available online, but delivery is 10 - 15 days and by then it might be too late! What's the point of having physical stores if they can't get copies of the books sold online?
